Exceptional spa facilities and wellness area were impressive.
The staff at the reception seemed indifferent upon our arrival, which left a less than welcoming first impression. the atmosphere felt more suited to older guests, making our teenagers feel somewhat out of place during their interactions at the pool.

Staff here are amazing
Just spent 10 nights with my family in a huge junior suite. The views were stunning! The staff were incredible. they really know how to make guests feel welcome. The food was great, especially the breakfast buffet. I did mind paying for bottled water tho, would’ve loved free tap water instead.

The staff were exceptional and made us feel truly welcomed by always addressing us by name. Our 'superior' room was spacious and had an incredibly comfortable bed, offering a great night's sleep!
